Hello Ori,
I
thought I would send you an e-mail (I am sure you are inundated with
messages from people, so I will make this quick). I have been following
various diet plans over the past couple of years with varying degrees
of success. I began your plan about 7 weeks ago. I must say, the

these short few weeks I have gone from a waist size of 36" to almost
